    Hi guys

My laptop won't even start windows in safe mode. I have the following blue screen:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

    UNMOUNTABLE _BOOT_PROBLEM

then a heap of stuff about checking the installation of any hardware or software.

    Technical information
    ***STOP: OXOOOOOOED (Ox8433BDD, OXCOOOOO9C,OXOOOOOOOO, OXOOOOOOOO)

Any help would be gratefully received.
    Thanks,
    Kylie
