I've downloaded a large application (Quicken) in .rar format. I extracted it with Winrar and now I have 18 tidy little bundles of 15mb each in the intended directory. Bad news is :( I haven't the faintest idea what to do with them now. there aren't any .exe or installation files as far as I can see--just those 18 bundles. Can anyone straighten me out?

LOL. What exactly do these bundles of joy look like? Do they have any file-types?

I should have asked the question when I was sitting at my home PC, I guess--I'll get back to you with an answer when I can have a good look. Thanks for responding.

It's possible that it was further archived. Rar compression allows even further compression by compressing a rar to another rar. If you got numerous folders that each had yet another rar archive in it, put all of the rar archives in a folder together and then use your extractor on the lowest numbered one (.rar or .r00). That will extract all of them simultaneously and reconstruct the original files.

I've just had another look and the files are tda-qphb.001 through tda-qphb.018. Now I'm more confused then before.
