The issue that I am having is depicted below. When I go into certain menus and have instructions generated by Windows 10, If I hover the mouse over the instructions, the text will be highlighted and blocked out. The highlight will not go away and therefore make the text unable to be read. Looking for a possible explanation as to the problem and solution to fixing. No modifications to this laptop. Everything is updated.

The problem is that the minute you choose the next option in an example, or, "keep my files" the text from there out is blacked out and unreadable
