Hi, I purchased 2 items from Newegg on Monday. I received emails saying they had both been shipped, along with tracking numbers. I got one item on Wednesday but the second was never received (it's Friday night), and there is no tracking information available. It says to check back in a few days, but I think it might have gotten lost in the mail. I called them today, but they were closed.

Am I just being impatient, or could it have gotten lost in the mail?

PS.: their headquarters are in Memphis, Tennessee, and I live in northern Alabama, so they're usually very fast.

It's all according to what you order where the item is shipped from. Newegg ships some items from CA, some from NJ and some from Memphis. If the missing item was shipped from CA by ground it will probably arrive Monday. The tracking should tell you where the item was shipped from.

I just checked and it said:

    "Shipped from: Memphis Tennessee, 11/11/08, 7:23:50 P.M."

    And the tracking info says:

"We do not yet have any record of the tracking number you've entered. Please try again later."

They said they shipped it, and yet they have no tracking information of it. I just thought that was odd and was wondering if it was unusual for items to come like 3 or 4 days apart from each other.

I checked today and they mailed it from TN north to KY. It just departed from KY and I don't know where it's going. To me, that's not exactly the most logical route to Alabama, but whatever.
