Update Email Addresses

    Recently, I have updated a lot of email addresses in my contacts but when I go to send an email TO: the old email addresses remain. Any suggestions.

    I take it you are talking about the "Autocomplete" in using the To: line.

    I haven't been able to find them but you can turn this function off as indicated in the image below.

    No, what I mean is I update the email address in the contacts but when I go to TO: and my dialog box pop up and shows me all the addresses email, fax ect the old email information remains there. So I have to copy it from the contact and paste it in.

    Have these emails been imported from another Outlook prior to any changes made to them? Or have they all been manually inputted into the Contacts?

    I have manually updated the email addresses.
