Hi, I need something that I'm not sure how to Google search or explain. Bare with me.

When my clients log in to their personalized homepages on my website, I need something like a table for them to enter and edit information for their employees. Like a table that has the rows on top with specific labels like, name, address, DOB, etc. Then the rest of the rows blank but editable and saveable so when they log back into that page, that information is still there and can be updated.

Is there a 3rd party site or app that I can use and embed that into the webpage? I figure the 3rd party would have to have some sort of database for this. If anything, is there a user-friendly open source software I can install on my server that can do this so I can set up my own database?

I'm using AuthPro right now so users can log in and be sent to specific home pages where they'll be able to see specific information and data referring to their business. This is so they can add, edit and update information regarding their employees so I can either export it or be e-mailed when changes are made so I can update my records when i process their payroll.
