upgrade from DDG3 to DDR4

i have Hewlett-Packard Model 700-215xt is it possible to upgrade from DDR3 to DDR4 ?
if yes what what do u suggest?

No. You have to get a new mobo to accept the DDR4 as the pin layouts (notches in RAM sticks) are different.

You appear to have a HP ENVY 700-215xt Desktop PC (F9A62AV)
It's a custom-to-order(CTO) model, so we don't know the exact hardware that's in yours.
Regardless of that, its motherboard supports the use of DDR3 modules.
You cannot use DDR4 modules in it.

What are you hoping to achieve with your upgrade? The biggest bang for your buck would be to install an SSD to use as your primary Hard drive.
You can't put faster RAM in, and even if you could you would not see a massive speed increase.
If you are looking for an overall increase in speed, then you would be looking at a faster CPU, with a new mother board to go with it, and then you could put in faster RAM. By the time you have done all that you probably could have bought a new computer.
