On two different software programs, I downloaded the free upgrades. When I try to install them, I get the message "can't locate original program. Installation will close." No options are available.

Both programs are on the computer and are working fine. What gives?

Hi, Try installing the original programs again. Have you changed the directory where the original program was installed or did you install it in a different to the one suggested.

I use my F drive for programs and sometimes a program only expoects it to be in the C drive. etc. etc. Peace Mal
