We have a server running Windows NT and 10 workstations running Windows 98. I need to install a larger harddrive on the server and I want to upgrade the server and workstations all to Windows 2000.
My question is should I upgrade to 2000 first, then install the harddrive and use the harddrive mfg. ultility to copy everything over to the new harddrive. or
put in the hard drive, copy everything over then upgrade to 2000. also my server has the os on "c:" and our accounting program on "d:" I am not sure how this utility will work when you have to move all programs from two partitions?
You guys have been so much help to me over the years I can't say thanks enough.
