I removed the ACPI info from your post, all it did was take up space.

That said I don't see the CPU temp?

Never heard of that power supply, what are the amp rating for each of the voltage rails - shoudl be on a sticker on the PSU itself or on the box.

    Doesn't look bad for specs.

Have you tested the RAM? Use Memtest86+

i tried burning image to a disc with the memtest86+ but i cant seem to use it i dont get it.I use the burn image option with Nero 9 then when i open the disc its blank.I tried burning the memtest86+-2.01 which i get from extracting from the zip file first.

Then when i open it with the disc there was README and Boot so i tried opening the boot and there was another file which has to burn image so i burn that one.But i still cant open it.I downloaded the Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO (.zip)

You have to boot from the CD, before Windows loads.

I saw the temps for the video card and hard drive, but I don't see a temp for the CPU.

With the hard disk temp @60C, that would make me think you need better case cooling. That is too high for a hard disk. Next speedfan often does not ID temps correctly. Usually the cpu temp is temp 1 and motherboard temp is temp 2 however you need to check.

A quick and easy way is to monitor speedfan while stressing the system. I use prime95 to stress the system. This will load the cpu to 100% load. Whatever temp goes up, is the cpu temp. When you download prime95, make sure it is the latest one since the earlier ones do not work with dual core cpus. The later ones start two work threads.

In Task Manager it should show you what task is using the CPU time.
