Basically, i am looking to upgrade my graphics card and power supply.
Currently I have an XPS 410 with

    intel Core 2 CPU 6300 @ 1.86 GHz
    nvidia GeForce 9400 GT
and a L375P-00 power supply (supplies 375 watts)
    Motherboard: Dell DXP061

what i want to do is get this card:
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130570
    (EVGA GeForce GTX 260 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16)

it needs a minimum of 450 watt power supply.
im thinking of getting this one:
    http://www.atxpowersupplies.com/460-watt-power-supply-FSP460-60GLC.php

    Will this work out?
I have very little experience with computer hardware (im a quick learner however)
    Any help is appreciated.

I think it will work out but i am not sure if your motherboard is compatible with it. please tell us what type of motherboard you have.

how to find out what motherboard you have: http://www.sofotex.com/AIDA32-download_L9326.html download it and it will tell you. (don't worry it is safe)

It seems that the graphic card might be compatible but i am not sure about the power supply. Have you tried contacting dell? if not then i recommend you do. Visit their website and see options on how to contact them. They might ask you about your system so get ready to answer their questions.
