Your computer has an Intel Core i5-2320 3.00 GHz processor and 4 GB of RAM, but we know nothing else about it.
If it's a factory-brand one, advise us what brand name and model name and model number it is.
If it's a self-built one, advise us what brand name and model number its motherboard is.
Once we have that information, we should be able to determine if its processor is upgradeable and which ones it supports.

Your computer is running a 32-bit version of Windows, so 4 GB of RAM is the most that it'll recognize and use.
If it was running a 64-bit version of Windows, you could increase it to 8 GB of RAM.

What's the complete model number and revision number of the Gigabyte motherboard you want to install in it?
You would need to do a clean install of a 64-bit version.

You haven't said why you want to upgrade the hardware(motherboard, processor, RAM, etc.) in that office computer.

    Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2 Motherboard
It has 2 DIMM slots and supports up to 32 GB of DDR4-2133/2400 RAM.
THIS is the list of Intel processors it supports.

What's the description of the motherboard currently in that office desktop?
You still haven't said why you want to upgrade its hardware.
