Upgrading Help

    My pc configuration is
    Intel dual core E5300 2.5ghz
    Nvidia Geforce 8400 gs 512mb
    2gb ram
    asrock g31 motherboard

    i want to upgrade for increasing gaming performance but i can afford only one upgrade currently can anyone tell me what to upgrade and to what??

    That video card is a low end card.
    Probably want to start there.
    The rest of the system isn't too bad for now.

    i thought the processor is old........


    any suggestions for the graphic card?

    The processor may be a little old,but still capable of handling most games.
    Video card depends on your budget and you want to make sure you are
    using a decent power supply that can handle the card.
    What is the price range you are looking at?

    i'm looking at aprice range from rupees 3500-4000 that would be $66-88

    Well,for your price range,you might see if you can
    find an nvidia based 9500GT.
    It's just a mid range card.
    Or save up for something better.
    Prices seem to be high in India.
