Hello, i have a crappy, old, obselite computer, sucks when i maxed it out even. so, i decided, i need a new Motherboard, to upgrade Video Card and my CPU, that all i need upgraded...so..this is pretty much what im looking for:

    PCI express
    184 Pin physical memory slot
Common Intel-supported processor slot, or possibly with a processor.

Any suggestions on meeting that criteria?

Ive googled and found a few, but then the proccessor slot was vitually extinct.

Well the latest is Socket 775.

If you go for that then you need to buy new RAM, all newest boards use either DDR2 or DDR3 not plain DDR.

If its the Pavilion then you will need a new case and power supply, the stock HP power supplies are not good enough to be used on new boards and don't have the wattage to supply many new video cards.

So do you have a budget in mind? What games do you wish to play?
