I am currently in the process of researching an upgrade to an SSD drive.. i went on Crucial and they had nothing for this computer.. it made me think that it's possible that they don't have SSD's for AIOs

    Here are my specs:

    ThinkCentre M90z 3429D3U
Intel Core i3-550 Processor, 3GB, 320GB 7200RPM S-ATA HDD, no diskette drive, All-In-One, Intel HD Graphics, Slim DVD Recordable, Intel Gigabit Ethernet, Windows 7 Professional 64.

So teh question is can i upgrade my AIO's HD to an SSD?

Make use of the "Detect My Product" app.

You didn't say why you want to switch from a SATA to a SSD drive.

If you're able to make the switch, do you have the means of installing Windows 7 Professional 64-bit in it?

You can replace the hard drive with an SDD in pretty much every computer. There's nothing special about an AIO aside from it being one piece.
