What should i spend my money on to upgrade my pc component wise?

    Motherboard: M5A78L-M USB3 http://www.asus.com/uk/Motherboards/M5A78LMUSB3/

    CPU: AMD FX-4130 http://www.amazon.co.uk/AMD-FX-4130-4-Core-Processor/dp...

GPU: MSI RADEON HD 7770 http://uk.msi.com/product/vga/R7770PMD1GD5.html#hero-ov...

    PSU: 750W ALPINE http://www.amazon.co.uk/Alpine-Quiet-Silent-Power-Suppl...

    RAM: 1xINTEGRAL 8GB 1600MHZ http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/8gb-ddr3-1600mhz-desktop-memo...

    SSD: KINGSTON V300 120GB http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kingston-Technology-120GB-Solid...

    HDD: WD GREEN 1.5TB http://www.amazon.co.uk/Western-Digital-Caviar-3-5-inch...

    OS:WIN 8.1 64BIT

I have around £140 to spend but that could be increased due to selling the replaced components

A better video card would be a great idea but that would cost you nearly $200 alone and the psu needs replacing period because it is poor quality and will damage other components as it degrades. A nice Cpu upgrade would be to an FX 8320 and a video card would be Radeon R9 280 X:

then add in the Psu and this is way more than you want to spend so maybe just do the Psu and the Cpu?

Yo0u don't need the 750 watts but what you do need is a quality Psu which is why I am showing you less wattage but better quality Psu.
