upgrading my system.

    hi i was wanting advice on upgrading my system for gaming,i got heaps of ram but my graphics card needs to go (n) and im wondering about my cpu. Ive over clocked my graphics card and it runs at about 62 degrees, when playing tesv- skyrim. any ideas?

    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8300 @ 2.50GHz, x64 Family 6 Model 23 Stepping 10
    Processor Count: 4
    RAM: 3322 Mb
    Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series, 1024 Mb
    Hard Drives: C: Total - 469406 MB, Free - 295740 MB; D: Total - 469453 MB, Free - 175215 MB;
    Motherboard: Intel Corporation, DG33BU
