I was looking for some advice for a new mobo, processor, and graphics card. I currently have a Gigabyte GA-7DXE and Athlon XP 1500, and a Nvidia GeForce4 MX440 64MB and was looking to upgrade to a better gaming system. I'm not looking for extreme, but just sufficient to run games smoothly. I want either a Gigabyte or Asus mobo, and preferably AMD processor, and a good video card. I would like to keep the upgrade cost low, so I want this to be a affordable upgrade. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Ya, oh and I've decided to keep my current processor (Athlon XP 1500). So I want to upgrade the Mobo and video card. Total budget for Video card and mobo is $200.

You won't get much improvement from upgrading your Mobo without changing your processor. You will benefit from upgrading your video card. If you have an AGP slot, you can get a Nvidia Geforce6600GT for about $200 on Newegg.
