    How do I find out how much 608,000 bps is?

    Not sure if that means Bits or Bytes. Generally speaking there is 1024 bits in every byte. 1024 bytes in a kilobyte. 1024 kilobytes in one megabyte etc, etc.......

    goto speed tests

    once you've completed the speed test, you can judge your line speed. If you give us those numbers, we can accurately interpret them.
