Uploading movies freezes everything

    I am trying to upload a video onto you tube and ever time i try it loads for a second then my connection is lost, 5 sec later everything is froze. not even ctrl alt delte does anything. this also happends when im trying to up load pics to facebook
    any thoughts
    I have a wireless connection and running xp
    everything else runs smooth
