    Hi Everyone,
I know there are other questions about slow uploading but all I need (I think) is information on which organisation I should contact for alleviating my prob. I use AOL and send attached to email quite a number of photos to friends etc (usually about 700 kb to 1.5 Mb) Everything went fine till about a week ago and then uploading started to take ages e.g. 3.5 Kb/s! In the past with the same equipment I could upload 4 or 5 MB zip with photos in 6 - 7 mins.
Do I have to contact the phone company or AOL? Desktop PBell computer; Windows 7, Broadband with FritzBox Fon WLan route (rest: see below). PS My downloading is still as fast as ever.

    best regards, Norman
