    welcome to the forum

did the win7 install go ok? was there a problem that occurred to give reason to check for critical errors listed in the event viewer. was the win7 actually having troubles.
did the printer work ok before with win7? the printer possibly requires a driver, downloaded from the manufacturers website.

If the pc is doing fine, see how it goes for a while.

You will have to format your system partition. Update to Windows 10 always causes problem. I had the same problem with my printer when I installed windows 10.

Is that a factory-brand computer, and is its factory restore partition still intact?

If that's a factory-brand computer, advise what brand name and model name and model number it is.
