Anyone any ideas how to get a restricted account to be able to execute "untime.exe"

Currently they can use it to determine the uptime of the local machine but it wont display the uptime of remote machines.

An administrator account is able to determin uptime of both local and remote machines.

    ideas would be helpfull.

Please bare in mind that upgrading the accounts to admins is currently out of the question (security reasons)

Can't you just right click the executable and 'Run as Administrator'? Perhaps try setting this property while logged in as an administrator.
You might want to check for help in the networking section as well.
