URGENT : Pen Tablet not recognized

    Problem: Video hardware error

    hi, i wanted your help as soon as possible... i've an assignment due in a week and i need my IBALL 4030U pen tablet to work with. when ever i plug it in, a cloud pops up showing "USB device not recognized" i've updated the drivers many times and yet the problem persists. please help me... :(

    And i use windows 7 ultimate x32, 1gb graphics card and a 2gb RAM

    Does it work on another computer? If the USB cable is detachable, have you tried another USB cable?

    yes it does. i've plugged it into every usb slot on my pc but it doesn't recognize the tablet

    Sorry, to clarify it does work on another computer?

    And have you tried a different USB cable?

    Also, do your USB ports work with other devices?

    My USB ports has a connected external harddisk and a usb modem both of which work perfectly fine...
    my pen tablet does not have a detachable cable...

    So what was the "Yes it does" in response too? Have you tried it on another computer and does it work on another computer?

    Yes i've installed it on my friends pc and connected it. it worked.
    but it is not working on mine.why is it?

    What are the details on your laptop? Exact model number. Have you downloaded the latest drivers for this device?

    i use a desktop and i've downloaded the update for my device and installed but its the same problem even after installing it
    i use iball's 4030u tablet series. and by details what do u mean?

    Installed Memory(RAM) : 4.00 GB (2.93 GB usable)
    System Type : 32-bit Operating system
    Pen and touch : No pen and touch input is available for display

    please direct me if any other details are needed.

    The motherboard model would be important to list.

    You also keep posting crash details, where or when is that occuring?

    Do have you service pack 1 installed for Windows 7?

    an issue was detected in action center and i clicked on it after a few minutes i got this report(i thought it might help in finding the problem)

    and i do not have a genuine windows so i don't know if i have installed SP1.

    also how to find out the motherboard model?

    And in device manager it is recognised as "unknown device"

    please help quickly... :(

    LOL, well that's probably a big part of your problem, pirated software just doesn't work right. And just as importantly we also don't assist people who pirate software and break the law.
