i keep getting an error message when i try to install itunes & quicktime. it says something about not being able to access the windows installer service could not be accessed. i googled for the error code & found this site: consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q110722 it says i may need to do a full reinstall to sort this problem!!! PLEASE tell me i dont have to & there is a quick fix for this.. this is what the site says: This error occurs when the Microsoft Windows Installer Service has been corrupted on the system. The Windows Installer Service is considered a core component of some Windows operating systems (Windows XP and later). If a core operating system component is corrupted, in some cases, the issue can only be addressed if the operating system itself is repaired or reinstalled.
