Urgent: Web cam not working

    Hi,

    I have a inspirron 1525 laptop with integrated camera. my webcam works fine when clicked on "USB video device". but a dark screen apperars when clicked on yahoo messenger web cam. i have installed the webcam cd that i got with the machine.

    can anyone please help me with this problem

    have you tried reinstalling yahoo messanger?
