    Hi
I am planning to install a USB 2 PCI Card probably 5 port, 4 external 1 internal.
How do I connect the internal port?

The internal port will only be used if you have something internal to hook up to it. Something like an internal media card reader. And that should just use a standard USB cable. Otherwise it's left open.

Depends how the cable for the front USB ports are. Usually you can just hook those up to the USB header on the motherboard.
Otherwise you will have to find an adapter that goes from 4 wire to usb.
