What are the conditions or what are you doing prior to the computer displaying the Blue Screen?

For example, are you running any number of programs - what are they?

Is the computer the entering sleep or resuming from sleep or from hibernation?

Most of the time , it would be just the browser, maybe a youtube video and that's all. The computer crashes and this screen comes. After this, I have to force close the laptop by the power key and and then restart ad it starts functioning again. During restart, the usual warning comes like the computer did not shut down properly etc and I press enter to boot normally. There is actually a usb fan which I use to cool the laptop but probably that may not be the issue as sometimes I gave seen that the error happens without that..
