    Hi,

Whenever I try to connect my WD2500ME external hard drive or my flash drive to my USB ports on my Toshiba A135 S2386 laptop running Windows Vista Home Basic it detects it as a "USB Mass Storage Device" but then it freezes up and goes to a BLANK blue screen, NO WRITING WHAT SO EVER. So, I just don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
