I have 3 Maxtor External USB Tera Drives. I had a computer crash and now when I boot up if the drives are turned on the computer will not boot. It gets stuck trying to recognize them in the inital boot up stage. If I power them off or disconect them no problem. But I have to wait until windows is open. How can I fix this?

you are not trying to boot from the external usb HDs right ?
you probably should check your bios and make sure that usb HDs are not set to boot from

I didn't change anything in the BIOS, but maybe when it crashed it reset to default. Thanks, I will check it out.
