usb/ethernet

    HIYA
    I have a webstar broadband modem but on the back it only has a usb and a ethernet port. at the moment it is conected via usb into the pc can anyone tell me how to conect the router via ethernet cable when i only have one ethernet in the back of the broadband modem

    I'm not sure I understand. Are you saying you have both an Ethernet port and a USB port on the back of the modem and want to know how to connect with Ethernet to your router??

    You connect an ethernet cable between the modem's ethernet port and the router's WAN (or Internet or Modem) port. There is no point in a modem having more than one ethernet port unless it were a modem/router combo.
