 I am trying to use a USB Extension Cable that is a Type A-A/M-F Cable. Each time I plug a device to the cable, I get a message that says USB device not recognized. I have tried plugging in a flash drive as well as a digital camera and nothing seems to work. Is there a driver that will allow this cable to be recognized that I'm not finding? Please help!

No, no driver. You may wish to return the cable for a different one or try a powered USB hub instead of a simple extension.

Some devices don't work on the end of extension cables. You may also need a better cable, is this a cable rated for USB 2.0? Perhaps the cable is simply defective. I use extension cables from the back of several machines, and they work fine for hard disks, FLASH disks, and my cellphone.
