USB Flash drive can't be read

    I was copying a file onto my friend's USB flash drive when my laptop died out....
    Now the flash drive won't work on either of our laptops.... It says it tries installing then it fails.
    ANything I can do?????

    Yeah, I marked it solved because the USB flash drive started working again miraculously.
    But now, the USB drive isn't working......

    Still don't know what to do...
