Hi, earlier it was working fine, & now when i plug it in nothing is found, not even in "add hardware". The phone (its in USB mode so it acts as a normal flash drive) detects the pc no problem.

I have tried everything but it can't detect anything. i have tried shorting 1 of the USB ports on the motherboard 2 see if it will "reset" somehow but didn't do anything.

Tried installing the hardware anyway, even tho it wasn't detected. nothing.

Tried restarting, kicking the pc, slamming the phone, re-installing mobo drivers, everything under the sun but its just not finding anything

is there a fix for this, i am using Vista 64bit

    Hi there,

The only thing I can think of that could be causing this problem is the "Mass Storage" chip on your device is not functional anymore, either fried or otherwise I would recommend trying it on another computer If it still doesn't work, then it is deffinitely broken. If it's still under warranty, they should fix it. Otherwise, I'd recommend getting a new one.

    Hope this helps.
