    Hi,
I have a USB I am trying to use for a boot drive for my computer.
But I have to put some files on it first.
When I plugged it in, it wouldn't read. I checked Device Manager, and opened properties on the device.
    It says "
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38)"
I tried reinstalling drivers by searching online, and I installing, and reinstalling the USB too.
    Any help would be appreciated.

A simple restart worked for me, I got suspicious when every USB I had didn't work.
    Thanks
