If the USB says it's not recognized,
how do I plug my Android into my computer?
( I need to get files from it) please tell me how I can fix the USB issue. It's important for court. Thank you in advance.

Be sure you are using a data cable, not just a charging cable. The data cable has extra wires in it,

If the files are on your SD card, you can get an adapter to read it in a PC USB slot.

Plug the phone into the PC. Does it say it is charging?
If so, swipe down from the top of the phone screen to see the notifications. In the box that USB charging, look for something that says other options. Select that and you should see something like MTP. That means you allow the computer and phone to share files. Select it.

Open Windows Explorer and find your phone in the left column. Click the down arrow to see all the folders. Find the folder with the info you need and copy it to the computer.
