Hi... for some reason the 2 USB hubs in the front of my computer
suddenly stopped working for the second time. Last time I remember I deleted the USBs in my device manager, but I don't remember which ones I deleted. I have USB hubs connected and my wireless mouse and keyboard usb bluetooths. How do I know which ones belong to the computer itself? If I delete all, will they get installed again when I reboot? Please help me...

depends on your version of windows if 2K or below no, if xp, vista, or 7 it will reinstall. you might have a lose wire Id get that checked out at your local PC repair place or bestbuy if worst comes to worst lol

Thanks.... I have Vista (soon to be Windows 7 I hope).
I'm courageous enough to open the case and check for loose cables myself :) I've installed hard drives and such before. If that's not it, can i just then delete all the usb mentions I see in my device manager?

It started happening with all my ports. 4 in the back, 2 in the front, 2 in the monitor (which is connected to a port in the back), and now that I finally have Windows 7, after a while of them working perfectly, when the computer is idle for a while, I'll come back and no ports will work. I have to turn off the computer to get them to work again.
I checked for loose cables, and everything looks just fine. What else could be causing this?
