I have a standard logitech wireless mouse that came with the keyboard because I bought the Cordless Desktop. My batteries for the mouse run out in less than 2 months and its annoying. Many people said that I should use the USB port instead and it will save more battery life. Is this true? Thanks in advance.;)

cause a USB mouse doesn`t use batteries, so of course you`ll use less. ;)

There is no difference in connecting to the PS/2 port or the USB port for the Logitech wireless mouse. I have that mouse, and it is very hard on batteries. It's currently in the closet, and I'm using a Microsoft wireless optical mouse, much easier on batteries.
