USB wifi adapter any advantage?

    Any advantage in using a USB wireless adapter (Netis) PLUS the laptop built in wifi (HP Probook 450). When I check via Network sharing center I see USB 58Mbps and laptop 72Mbps. Does give you a 58+72=130 connection. THanks a ton

    If you need to connect simultaneously to two networks via Wi-Fi (say, a strictly private LAN and a network with internet access) then, yes, it is advantageous to not have to switch back and forth between them.
