Useing other languages

    in my japanese class at school the teacher wants us to use some thing that comes with windows that lets you type in japanese. i went through the control panel and it says i can type in japanese now, but i dont have the little toolbar that lets you switch between english and japanese. in the language details theres a check box that says toolbar options and i set it to be on the desktop, but i cant find it.

    i did exactly what it says i still dont see the language bar.
