    Hello,

I need some assistance here. A user unknowingly clicked on one of those warning screens which unfortunately installed some icons (shortcuts) pointing to porn sites. I have tried to run some things, like SS&D and Tea Timer but it would not load (processes are showing). Also iexplorer.exe seems to have been loaded too though it;s not on the screen. Let me know what I need to do so I can get these scans going. Note that we do use Cisco Security Agent but that didn't seem to be effective.

Log of the HJT report is included. Note that the domain name in the O17s were change for security reasons.

Also in that log I only had 1 Internet Explorer window open, and though it says S&D is running, it was not visable.

All of this was done in safe mode, loading windows normally results with explorer.exe freezing.

    Thanks in advance.

EDIT: More information - I was able to get online and use an online scanner. Right now it has found Win32/Bagle.gen.zip and Win32/Autorun.LN worms. Since this is for work, I will not be able to do anything until I get back in tomorrow but please let me know what I need to do so I can at least log into windows normally without crashing out :)

    Thanks!
