Hello! This is my first time on this forum.

First, a little background information about my computer:
Dell Inspiron 1521
AMD Turion(tm) 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-56 1.80 GHz
2GB RAM
Windows Vista Home Premium 32-BIT OS (Service Pack 2)
USERNAME: KING
COMPUTER NAME: LAPTOP
My problem lies in an event that occurred a couple of hours ago.
1.) I inserted my roommates flash-drive.
2.) Windows Defender immediately detected the following:
Description:
This program has potentially unwanted behavior.

Advice:
Permit this detected item only if you trust the program or the software publisher.

Resources:
regkey:
[email protected]\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\\King

runkey:
[email protected]\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\\King

file:
C:\Users\King\King.exe

Category:
Not Yet Classified
3.) I pressed deny in Windows Defender, and under 'Status' it says 'Succeeded.'
4.) I found these events odd so I opened up Windows Task Manager.
5.) I found 'Sunny.exe' and 'King.exe' running. (Sunny.exe is my friend's computer's administrator username while King.exe is my computer's administrator username)
6.) I have not tried to end the processes as I fear that might trigger another process.
7.) I opened up my expired McAfee and found that outbound access was blocked regarding Sunny.exe, but there was no mention of King.exe.
8.) I came here for help!

Info on King.exe:
Type of file: (.exe)
Description: King.exe
Location: C:\Users\King
Size: 40.0 KB (40,960 Bytes)
Size on Disk: 40.0 KB (40,960 Bytes)
Created: Today, April 10, 2010, 2 Hours Ago
Modified: Today, April 10, 2010, 2 Hours Ago
Accessed: Today, April 10, 2010, 2 Hours Ago
Attributes: [X] Read-only [X] Hidden
What is odd is that I can not find King.exe in the file location specified. (I used Windows Search feature to find it.)

I cannot find Sunny.exe on my computer, but it is running on my computer.

Thanks in advance for putting effort into reading all of this!

Also note I have not restarted my computer after initial infection.

Also note I have the following anti-spyware/anti-virus software installed:
HijackThis v2.0.2
Windows Defender
McAfee (Expired)
Spy-Bot Search and Destroy

Some news: I shutdown my computer last night and started it this morning. King.exe is still there but Sunny.exe is nowhere to be found. Also: I can't end the process. Whenever I try, Windows Task Manager freezes and closes.

Solved using the following procedure:
1.) Downloaded Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Software (Free).
2.) Ran a full system scan.
3.) The scan found, quarantined, and deleted the following:
