On our network, we have 2 Win2k Servers which act as our domain controllers and a Samba server which is where all users home directories are located. Everything works fine, except for the fact that completely randomly when a user logs in, their home directories do not map automatically. They are able to map to them manually and if you reboot the PC and log back on, the home directory will usually map that time around. Any idea why at random times, users home directories would not map??

    Thank you!

Are you sure that it's a ranom occurence? Does it happen only to specific users or dores it happen to everyone occaisionally? Are you running a login script or just creating home directories?

It happens to everyone, as opposed to just specific people. No login scripts either, just have their user profile map their home directory, that's it.
