I want to create a directory with a single name and address on each page. In Word, I have created a document with an address block on it, and I have a data file. I can scroll through each page on the screen, but I can print only one page. Can you suggest how I can print the entire directory?

    Thank you.

Are you saying you have made a mail merge using Word and whatever has the data file, and that when you print you just get the page that is visible at that time in Word? If that is it, you must be trying to print by using the icon or going to File Print. Instead, you need to go to mail merge and choose either merge to new document (which will give you a document with each instance of a name and address on each page, assuming you have it set up correctly) or use merge to printer, which will print it out that way.
