    Hello,

Is there piece of software out there that will enable me to use 'voice' in my emails? I am looking for something where I can easily say a brief message and have it attached to an email.

I know I can user sound recorder or Audacity to record and just attach it, but I need something for a member of staff this is less 'techy' than that.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated!

    All the best,

    Dave

So you are making accommodations for someone because they are too lazy to read an email? If you set a precedent doing this wait until all of the other oddball requests start rolling in.

That's what text-to-speech is for which both the iPhone 4S and Android phones already support.

Nope.....you have it all wrong mate.

I am trying to increase productivity for the individual who is sending the email. At times we can't provide feedback via the phone and a 'normal' email doesn't convey the point we are trying to get across.

If we can find a tool where we can give feedback to a client at a time that is convienient for the person giving the feedback, we all can benefit.

I hope that makes things a bit clearer.

    Thanks for the input.
