I have been having the same problem I think. Using wireless I can connect in safe mode but not regular. When I try to connect it say's page cannot be displayed. It shows the internet is connected but it will not connect. I am able to connect to my wireless network with my phone and it works fine. Toshiba said since the laptop connects in safe mode that there is a program blocking the connection and that program needs to be found. I did not want to pay them $100 for a 1 time fix. So here I am. the above post sounds similar to what I am experiencing. does it sound like the above fix would work for this issue.
    Thanks

What firewall / security suite or anti-virus do you currently have on the PC - or you have ever had on the PC in the past - any trial ware - like Norton, kaspersky or Mcafee or any free security suites like zonealarm, AVG , Webroot etc

You haven't provided any information about your computer and its Windows operating system, so do the following.

    ---------------------------------------------------------

Download and save the TSG System Information Utility (SysInfo.exe) to the desktop.

After it's been downloaded and saved, double-click it to run it.

Information about your computer will appear.

Return here to your thread, then copy-and-paste the ENTIRE text here.

I am using Norton 360 and the standard windows firewall that came with the computer. No other trial software. I am not the most computer literate person so help with downloading my computer info would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
