I have a LT Winmodem and my ISP has started rolling out DSL capabilities. The service they are offering is DSL Lite, which you can use your analog modem and have DSL features such as Modem on hold and fast connect. They say I need a V.92 compliant modem. My current modem is a LT Winmodem V.90. Is there a flash that I can download to upgrade this modem to V.92 status? I tried putting in the string AT+MS=V92 in my modem advanced settings but this just causes the modem to not be detected. Thanks for any help here.

I did not think there would be a V.92 upgrade for the LT Winmodem as it is very popular but inexpensive. But I did found one for you, use this link to download it: http://808hi.com/56k/LTWINv92.HTM

Let us know how it works out.
