    Some help peeps,

something for the evening, your best ideas.

something nice and light. gotta not be too complex to make.

    a 4 course meal,

    1> Tomatoe Soup,
Theres a company here called "covent garden" they do some really good homemade type soupes, its a Tomatoe/Basil type thing.

    2> Seafood Starter/entree (?)
Thinking somthing with Crabmeat, maybe just in there shells, dress with lemon juice

    3> Lobster/Tenderloin

4> Strawberries dipped in Milk and Plain Chooclate.

    WINE: Cava

CONDITIONS: No Pork , Diabetic friendle (as best as possible)

    thankxs

    Cold sliced turkey breast

Salad...variety of lettuce, tomatoes, green onions, diet dressing

    Whole wheat rolls

    Mixed fresh fruit

The soup sounds good, but read the label, may not be diabetic friendly.

This menu can be prepared in advance.

How about crabcakes for starters with a slightly spicy remoulade for dipping and a romantic dinner: stuffed filet mignon with crabmeat stuffing and wrapped it in bacon. However I have no idea about diabetics. According to what Poochee suggested I guess it's the same as being on a strict diet.
