    Dear Guys
Can you help please with one or two problems
I am getting a message every time I start my computer
    -----------------------------------------------------
    1
VBPTask.exe - unable to locate component
The application has failed to start because HookAPI.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem

I have looked for this dll without success

I thought that this problem might be associated with another problem that I have been having but but am not sure
    ---------------------------------------------------
    2
This other problem is with setting up PIMEX (a PIM/contacts program, where I have been keeping all my addresses etc). Pimex was installed okay but asked where to store the back up files and then just stopped.
I uninstalled it and reinstalled again with the same message coming up

    "Network Intialization failed.
Invalid file name File: B: PDOXUSRS.net
    Directory B:

    I only have a C disk
    ----------------------------------

    any help gratefully received
    thanks
    Mike Edwards

1./ VBPTask.exe is from RestoreIT! from FarStone
Do you have this program ...re-installing it may fix it.

2./ Make a folder on your C drive and install it there
