I have a vcd which seems to have something against windows nt based systems. Whenever i watch the video in windows media player version 6, 7 and 8 it kicks this error out at me,

An error occurred while playing the file. (Error=80070001)

but its only occured on win2k and xp with winme it has no troubles and just skips the errors or something.

    can anyone help me??

    Hiya

It may be a bit tricky then, if you say you've tried it on other pc's running 2000. You could always try converting to mpg, though I have never done it myself. Maybe someone else has.

If you wish to try that, have a look here:
